Prepare Your Package
Ensure the Memobottle™ and its accessories are placed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
